I have been working on more paper mache animals as well as environments for my journal books. The first photo shows a grouping of work in my studio from last week's open house. Next is a paper mache dreaming bird. The third photo is the latest journal book in it's environment- an altered napkin holder. The book can be displayed in the holder open or closed.
What a wonderful idea for the book "environment." I also like that the book can be displayed opened or closed.
ReplyDeleteHi Margaret, I am delighted that we have your work in the book show currently at the Cleveland County Arts Council. I was at Penland during Session 2 and came down to the residents opening. Your work really made an impression on me. I was in the clay studio by the way.
